The collection includes a sunflower panel, picture patches, and coordinating prints, and this 108" wide, 100% cotton backing lets you carry the sunflower theme all the way to the back of the quilt.
A packed floral backing is a great match for panel and picture-patch quilts from the same collection, but it also works on its own for any quilt with a sunflower, garden, or farmhouse feel. Because the flowers cover the fabric, quilting stitches get lost in the print, which makes it forgiving for edge-to-edge designs.
The 108" width can back many quilts with fewer seams than standard 44" yardage, so the finished back looks cleaner and the quilt is simpler to load for longarm quilting. Extra pieces work well for pillowcases, table runners, and aprons that coordinate with the quilt.
