Graphite is a deep gray in the Cuddle Extra Wide collection by Shannon Fabrics. This solid minky has a plush 3mm pile, is 100% polyester, and comes in a 90" width for quilt backs that need little or no piecing.
This rich, charcoal-leaning gray is one of the most practical backing colors you can choose. It works behind bright, modern, and graphic quilts, suits teen and masculine throws, and hides lint, pet hair, and everyday wear much better than light colors.
Cuddle is also great for throws, pet beds, pillows, and apparel. Pair Graphite with quilts in bright solids, black and white, or cool blues. Compare it with Sterling for a medium gray and Cloudy for a light gray. A walking foot and extra clips help minky feed evenly at the machine.
