Ginger is a warm ginger orange from Shannon Fabrics’ Cuddle Extra Wide line. It’s a solid minky with a plush 3mm pile, made from 100% polyester, and 90" wide, so many quilt backs can be cut in one piece.
Spicy and warm, this rusty orange brings cozy autumn color to the back of a quilt. It’s a natural fit for fall and Thanksgiving quilts, Halloween throws, and Southwest and boho designs, and it pairs beautifully with cream, brown, teal, and gold on the front. It’s also a popular team color.
Cuddle is also great for pillows, pet beds, stuffed animals like foxes and tigers, and cozy throws. Compare Ginger with Autumn for a deep brown and Sand for a soft tan. A walking foot and extra clips help keep minky from shifting as you sew.
