Fuchsia is a vivid fuchsia from Shannon Fabrics’ Cuddle Extra Wide line, a solid minky with a plush 3mm pile. It’s 100% polyester and 90" wide, so you can back many quilts in one piece.
Bold and joyful, this bright pink-red brings energy to the back of a quilt. It’s a favorite for girls’ and teen quilts, celebration throws, and bright modern designs, and it pairs well with lime, turquoise, black, and white on the front.
Cuddle is also great for apparel, stuffed animals, pillows, and fun blankets. Compare Fuchsia with Cerise for a more purple magenta and Hot Pink for a softer pink. If you’re new to minky, a walking foot and a slightly longer stitch help it feed evenly.
