I do show that your order was delivered to your mailbox on August 5, 2026. Per our previous email, USPS in Rapid City was audited and was in the news for hiding packages. I did refund your order for the wall hangings. This panel was sent separately and shows as delivered. I wish I could help you with USPS. If you could please contact them first to dispute this, then if it cannot be resolved, we can take further action after that. I am just as frustrated with USPS as you are. My apologies for the issues. I want to resolve this asap, but I cannot dispute that it was not put in your mailbox; that unfortunately needs to come from your end.
