The Moonlit Trellis 5" Stacker gathers 42 precut 5" squares from Moonlit Trellis, a quilting cotton collection designed by My Mind’s Eye for Riley Blake Designs. The collection is printed on 100% cotton in a black and cloud palette, with roses, scattered blossoms, daisies, floral stripes, grids, and fine speckled prints all sharing the same two-color story.
Because every square comes from one coordinated line, you can sew them in almost any order and the contrast does the work. Dark squares read crisp against light ones, so simple layouts such as four-patch and nine-patch blocks, checkerboards, and half-square triangles show their structure clearly. Forty-two squares give enough variety for a doll quilt, mini quilt, or table topper, and a second stacker lets you extend the layout without hunting for matching prints.
Small squares also suit projects that need a little of many prints: zipper pouches, pincushions, coasters, patchwork pillow fronts, or a pieced border around a larger quilt. Pair the stacker with yardage from the collection for setting squares, borders, and binding when you want a finished piece that stays entirely in the black and cloud colorway.
