Class fee: $25.00 · Kit: $99.99 (required, purchased separately)
Class size: limited to 12 · Skill level: confident beginner
Unveil the radiance of Gypsy, an exclusive fabric collection by designers Jason Yenter and Karen Montgomery, available only at Sewposium Stores. Bursting with joyful color and energetic design, this lineup pairs Yenter's signature artistic flair with Montgomery's captivating pattern writing.
Spend the day with Elaine Buchanan learning to make the Gypsy quilt, which finishes at 42" x 54". Elaine will walk you through construction step by step and share the tips and tricks that make quarter square triangles come together accurately. There will be a break for lunch.
You won't finish the quilt in class, and that's by design. You'll leave with a strong start, a clear understanding of the technique, and the confidence to complete it at home.
Every student also receives the bonus pattern for a second quilt made from the fabric left over from the kit, so one kit gives you two projects.
