Your box is scheduled to ship or be prepared for pickup on or around the 20th of every month.
You will be billed monthly on the 10th. Your card will automatically be charged $84.99 plus shipping on this date for the duration of your service agreement with us.
Shipping is $8.99 in the lower 48 states. Hawaii and Alaska cost $14.99
You have the freedom to cancel your subscription at any time you wish. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Unfortunately, our Got Your Back Club boxes are not eligible for return. We strive to ensure all our customers are happy with their purchases, so in the event that you receive products that are defective or damaged, we're here to help make it right. Please contact our customer service team with details of the issue, and we'll happily arrange for a replacement of the affected items.
