Garden Dalliance – Quilting Cotton – Wisteria – Coral

Wisteria Coral pairs one of Garden Dalliance's signature themes with its warmest color. Designed by Shelley Cavanna for Benartex, the collection draws on Regency-era English gardens, from trailing wisteria to rambling hedgerows and cheerful posies.

Warm colors draw the eye, so Wisteria Coral is useful when you want to steer attention in a quilt. Place it in block centers, a narrow inner border, or a single bold row in a strip quilt. Against the collection's indigo prints, coral gives clear contrast; next to aqua prints, it creates a softer pairing.

Coral runs through three Garden Dalliance prints (Promenade, Hedgerow and Wisteria) plus the First Impressions 108" wide back, so you can coordinate a quilt top and its backing without leaving the collection. Shelley created these fabrics specifically for the projects in her book, Garden Dalliance Sampler (C&T Publishing, 2026), after finding that most prints in the original projects were no longer available.

For smaller sewing, Wisteria Coral is well suited to pouches, pincushions and mug rugs.
