Garden Dalliance – Quilting Cotton – Wisteria – Aqua

Wisteria takes its name from the trailing wisteria at the heart of Garden Dalliance, Shelley Cavanna's Benartex collection inspired by Regency-era English gardens. The Aqua colorway sits on the cool side of the collection's palette, alongside Wisteria Coral and Wisteria Indigo.

Because wisteria is named directly in the collection's story, this print is a natural focus fabric. Use it in larger cuts where the design has room: a wide border, the alternate blocks in a sampler setting, or the front panel of a pillow. The subtler coordinates in the Garden Threads sister collection, such as Orange Blossom and Linen, can fill in around it.

Shelley designed Garden Dalliance to accompany her Garden Dalliance Sampler book from C&T Publishing, which offers 20 blocks, six quilts and six cross-stitch patterns. Cora's Quilts has recolored every quilt in the book using Garden Dalliance and Garden Threads fabrics, which makes it easier to plan a fabric pull before you start cutting.

Wisteria Aqua is also a cheerful choice for aprons, tote bags and spring table linens.
