Freddie has improved electronics that are just awesome. He monitors the bobbin level so you don't run out of bobbin in the middle of a row...and you don't have to keep pulling the bobbin out every other row to check it. I love it. Smooth running machine. Freddie, you're my man!!

I love quilting on Freddie! I'm a beginner quilter and am grateful for the smooth action Freddie provides. Very easy to use and consistent with great results.

Loved using the machine, not so much the support provided. Person setting me up initially threaded the machine wrong. I had to come find her to ask why the thread kept breaking before she noticed she’d skipped a step. Towards the end of my rental time the bobbin ran out. She changed it and then just left for lunch without checking on me or telling me she was leaving. Bobbin thread was not working correctly and bunched up. When I wandered out and asked for help, it was provided. Other staff members were pleasant and friendly and wanted to see what I was working on.
