Wallpaper in the Denim colorway is a 107/108" wide back from Denim & Daisy by Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet for Riley Blake Designs. This 100% cotton print carries the denim blue half of the collection’s blue-and-yellow pairing.
As the name suggests, the print is laid out like vintage wallpaper: a navy lattice framing floral bundles, cherries, and baskets on a light background. The structured lattice gives the back of a quilt an orderly, tailored look, and busy all-over designs like this are forgiving of quilting stitches that show on the back.
With a width of 107/108", this fabric can back many bed-size quilts with fewer seams than standard 44" quilting cotton, which means less time spent piecing and pressing the backing. Always measure your finished top and allow extra on each side for your quilting method before you order.
