The process is simple: wind a bobbin with fusible thread, use MonoPoly as your top thread, and sew a single outline stitch around your applique shape. Place the shape on your base fabric and iron to fuse—the thread melts at 250°F to create a permanent bond. Finish with decorative or invisible stitching for a polished look.
Each spool contains 115 yards. Avoid direct contact with the hot iron plate, as the thread will melt on contact. Pair with MonoPoly thread for best results and professional-quality appliques that maintain their softness wash after wash.
