Washed both shirts in cold on delicate cycle , air dry . Both shrunk terribly

Love it, but…

I love the shirt, the color, especially the v-neck, but I’ve washed it twice now and the neckline is already stretched out and floppy. Looks like that guy in the commercial who uses the wrong detergent.
